1. Where can I purchase VAIO products?
You can order your VAIO products online by visiting Singapore Official Online Store .
2. Can you combine multiple orders (orders under different order numbers)?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders at this time.
3. Can I change the product I ordered after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are not able to adjust the order. You are welcome to contact our VAIO Customer Support Center, and we will do our best to find an alternative solution for you whenever possible. You can reach by calling 800-188-8608, and we are available from Monday to Friday 9:00- 18:00.
4. Can I place an order over the phone?
Even though our VAIO Customer Support Center will be happy to assist you with your order, you need place you order online by yourself.
5. Do I need to create an account to make a corporate purchase?
No, you are not required to create an account for your online order. However, we highly suggest you to create an account to enjoy our member-exclusive offer and get the most updated information of VAIO.
6. Where can I buy the new VAIO products by Nexstgo?
Customers can buy from major retail channels and online platforms in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Qatar. For details please refer to our upcoming announcement on our official website and media platform.
7. What's the standard warranty period for VAIO products?

Shipping
1. How can I track my order?
We will email you the delivery information after your order has been processed.
2. What is the delivery timeframe estimate for orders?
For products that are in-stock, they are estimated to be delivered within 3-4 business days.
3. Can I request a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver orders on specific dates at this time. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to arrive.
4. What are the shipping rates?
NexstMall currently offers free shipping to Singapore customers for orders above SGD$ 500. For orders under SGD$ 500, SGD$15 will be charged for each order.
5. When will my order ship?
We strive to make all deliveries within 3 to 4 business days of order placement. Given the current situation, this timeline might change.
6. Who can I contact regarding my shipment?

7. Do you require a signature for deliveries?
For your protection, all delivers will require a signature.
8. Do you deliver on the weekend?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the option for weekend deliveries.
9. Do you deliver outside of the Singapore?
At this time, we only ship within Singapore.
10. How can I get free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible products only. Free Delivery within Singapore.

3. What if it tells me that I cannot use my credit card?
In most cases, the credit card may be declined if you have entered an incorrect billing address, or an incorrect expiration date. Once you have confirmed that all information has been entered correctly, and you are still receiving an error message, please contact our VAIO Customer Support team at 44257844 or fnac.qatar@darwishholding.com for support.
4. Can I use two different credit cards for my purchase?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept one credit card per order.
5. Do you accept VISA or MasterCard Gift Card's for purchases?
Yes, we do accept VISA and MasterCard Gift Card as tender for purchases.

3. Where is my serial number?
To find the serial number, please use one of the following options:
On your PC, please look for the serial number behind the PC stand On the exterior of the box, please look for the sticker with the serial number on it From within the VAIO setting, select VAIO Control Center, and look for the serial number in the bottom of the menu.
4. I need technical assistance for my VAIO product. Who can I contact?

5. Can you remotely log into my computer to help with troubleshooting issues?
Unfortunately, we are not able to access your computer, remotely. Please contact our VAIO Customer Support Center at 800-188-8608 for help.
6. What is the country of origin of the new VAIO S11, S13, SX12, A12, SX14 and FE series?
All VAIO S11, S13, SX12, A12, SX14 and FE series products are made in VAIO AZUMINO factory in Japan and completed the QA there. Only the products match VAIO's stringent factory standards will eventually be sold in Asia markets (HK, TW, SG, MY).
7. What is the major difference between the new VAIO products and previous VAIO products by Sony?
1. VAll PC products selling by VAIO Corporation are without the trademark of “SONY” at the cover of the laptops.
2. Check the black model label on the bottom of S11/S13. When it shows VAIO, it is VAIO. When it shows SONY, it is SONY VAIO.
3. Check the white sticker pasted on the black model label on the bottom of S11/S13. When the 12-digit part number starts with "NP11V1" or "NP13V1", it is VAIO.

2. If I have previous Sony VAIO products, can I get the after-sale service by VAIO corporation?
We are sorry that we will only provide the technical support and after sale service about VAIO PC which sale from 2018 Jul onwards by Nexstgo in Asia markets (HK, TW, SG, MY).

1. Am I able to return products that I purchase online to physical stores?
